Class report
Paste the result codes your students sent you, one per line. TypingSpark checks each one and builds a table you can download or print.
What the report shows
For each valid code: the name the student entered, the assignment, net WPM, accuracy, test length, date and whether they met your pass marks. Codes that were edited or typed incorrectly are marked as not verified. Averages and pass counts are calculated only from verified codes.
The report is built in your browser and is not saved by TypingSpark. Download the CSV or print the page to keep a copy.
Collecting codes
Ask students to paste their code into your learning platform, a shared form or an email. Codes are long, so copying and pasting works better than retyping. You can paste up to 300 codes at once, separated by new lines or spaces, from any number of assignments; the assignment column tells them apart.
Reading the results
Net WPM and accuracy are calculated with the same formulas as every TypingSpark test, explained in how typing speed is measured. "Passed" compares each result with the pass marks you set when you created the assignment. A code shows the name the student typed; it does not prove who typed the test, so use supervised sessions for formal assessment.
