Please do not send result codes or personal information about students unless we ask for them to resolve a specific problem.

If you are reporting a problem with a test, tell us the page, your browser and keyboard layout, and what happened. If you are a teacher with a question about assignments, see typing tools for teachers first.

Privacy requests

You can export your progress yourself on your progress page and delete your account on the account page. For anything else, such as a question about advertising cookies, write to us and say which country you are in so we can apply the right rules.

Ads are provided by Google. To report an ad, use the small menu in the corner of the ad itself. To change how ads are personalised, use the privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
